Bernd Gruber GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data privacy regulations and this data privacy policy. The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. This data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating via email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible. We process the data you voluntarily provided through actively inputting the declared data (e.g., requests, offers, etc.). This includes the Internet Protocol (“IP”) used to connect your computer to the Internet. This includes the address, date and time of the request, which file is requested, what amount of data will be transmitted to you, a message indicating whether the request was successful, recognition data of the browser and operating system used and the website from which access was made. However, this information only serves to determine the attractiveness of our website, to constantly improve its content and to make it even more interesting for you. We do not combine this data with personal data. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of concrete evidence of illegal use.

LEGAL BASIS - YOUR RIGHTS

We process your rights based on

a) a contract to which you are a party or in relation to pre-contractual measures that are carried out at your request;

b) your consent to the electronic sending of information and invitations as well as contact with you for the dealing with and responding to requests;

c) legal bases;

You have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and the recipients and purpose of the data processing and you have the right to correct, block or delete this data. If you have questions about personal data, you can always contact us at the address given in the legal notice.

However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other states that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address provided by Google Analytics as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
