An intensive and successful workshop was the prelude to this year's summer party. For more than one and a half days, Bernd Gruber's employees engaged in values and culture, challenges and opportunities, present and future of the company. They were actively listened to, lively discussed - and laughed a lot together. The highlight of the workshop was the solemn renewal of the value proposition by all participants. After the presentation of the new website on the following day, it was time to celebrate - the joint achievement, the unique team spirit and a wonderful late summer day.
