Design with the natural environment

The guiding principle of this special refuge in Reith near Kitzbühel was formulated clearly from the start: true to nature and secluded living in the Tyrolean Alps with an artistically interpreted interior. Arriving, being at home and enjoying the peace and seclusion with family and friends was the decisive factor in creating different private and guest rooms that make it possible to celebrate being together across all levels and activities. Spending valuable time in your own home means freedom and creates emotions that last.

The pleasant stone staircase connects all floors of the house. The combination of stone, green tile and reclaimed wood determines the aura and atmosphere of the adjacent rooms in equal measure.
Perfectly colour-coordinated harmony in the room and arrangement of the elements with an unobstructed view of the natural pool.
STORY

Individual detailed work

The design of individual rooms with their own character is what made this commission so special in terms of style and functionality. An upper floor for cozy get-togethers with friends and family, an intimate work and sleeping area on the middle floor with access to the garden and natural pool, and a basement with billiards and a spacious bar area. On the ground floor in between there is a private passage that leads to an extensive wellness area with an indoor pool, sauna and relaxation room and its own fitness area. A house that fits naturally into the local environment and in which you can stay and feel comfortable for an infinitely long time.

The entrance is dominated by an imposing marble shelf with visually contrasting crystal vases in natural rosé.
