Penthouse Bogenhausen

PROJECT

Above the rooftops of the city

The penthouse is located on the 4th and 5th floors of a city villa, which was designed in collaboration with the renowned Studio Mark Randel and the British star architect Sir David Chipperfield as a modern interpretation of a classic palace. With about 224 m² of living space and room heights of up to three meters, this extraordinary home extends over two levels, which are connected by a spiral staircase made of natural stone. An inspiring place with a unique view of the tranquil surroundings.

STORY

Focus on natural light

In particular, the custom-made wall and ceiling cladding in combination with selected design elements give the rooms their individual character. Different shades of green and brown adapt to the light stone floor structures as if by themselves and support the natural incidence of light in the master rooms. The family was enthusiastic about the open design from the very beginning. Inclined glazing in two directions allows maximum light and makes the view over the "green" roofs of Munich an integral part of the home.Wohnens.
