Villa at Herzogpark

PROJECT

Minimalism in Bogenhausen

It was supposed to be a classic villa in the beautiful Bogenhausen district. As timeless as the villa is from the outside, the developers themselves feel comfortable in a more minimalist environment. This is how the arch was created, which allows the house to integrate into the local settlement from the outside and yet does justice to the client's style on the inside. The reduced style with Japanese influence, which is characterized by clear, precise lines without major decorations, runs through the entire interior. In this sense, natural materials were consistently used, which convey a feeling of depth and hospitality by always limiting themselves to the simple but intelligently functional.

STORY

Inspiration less is more

The clear floor plan structure and spatial sequence give the residents a feeling of structure, order and restraint. Clarity and simplicity are not banality, but rather conscious structures in their entirety. The spatial concept of the existing floor plan was reconsidered from the ground up and further developed in order to be able to respond even more to the personal needs and wishes of the clients and to develop a tailor-made spatial program. Light oak, natural stone and glass are deliberately repeated alternately on all levels and thus convey the special aesthetics of the clearly chosen furnishing philosophy.
