One of the most striking features of the three-story Kronbühl villa is its interesting design, which helps to maximize aesthetics, living comfort, and the landscape experience. The lower level is sunk into the ground, the middle level consists of several volumes clad in bush-hammered concrete, above which a light, wood-clad volume protrudes as the third level. The cozy single-family home on the shores of Lake Constance was designed by Oppenheim Architecture, which has offices in Miami, Aspen, and Basel.
