A stylish combination of old and new.
The apartment has been redesigned inside and out. Classic elements such as parquet flooring and ornate stucco form the basis and lend the rooms a sense of tradition and permanence. This architectural foundation is complemented by modern, custom-made furniture and high-quality design objects that reflect the current zeitgeist while bearing their own stylistic signature.
The choice of materials, color harmony, and lighting create an atmosphere that is both inspiring and understated. The interior opens up to the city—not only through the windows, but also through the deliberate combination of classic character and urban lightness.
The inspiring combination of classic and modern creates an inspiring living environment that subtly captures the flair of the city of Munich.
A home for anyone seeking a harmonious balance between timeless and contemporary, valuable and simple.
