In the midst of the breathtaking mountain scenery of Kitzbühel, a particularly personal single-family home has been built, impressing with its hillside location, clear architecture, and holistic design. All levels of the house offer an unobstructed view of the legendary Streif, which is as spectacular as it is inspiring.

Design for conscious living.

The house extends over several floors and combines spacious living areas, an extensive wellness area with an outdoor pool, as well as lovingly designed children's rooms and private studio spaces for creative work.

The design follows a clear line: natural materials, well-thought-out spatial flows, and a minimalist design language that draws the eye to the essentials—both inside and out.

Soft materials and vertical slats create an elegant connection between the sleeping and bathroom areas.

Natural stone, wood, and patinated metal create a warm, tactile atmosphere.

This project demonstrates what holistic interior design means in the best sense of the word: rooms that radiate calm and comfort, promote inspiration, and express the individuality of their occupants.
