Bernd Gruber's architectural concept follows the principle of clear elegance—precise lines, deliberate contrasts, and a sophisticated interplay of materials and surfaces create an extraordinary sense of depth and atmosphere.
Form, material, and landscape in harmony.
The creative guiding principle behind this project was to play with natural materials and surfaces: smooth and textured surfaces meet, alternating harmoniously and creating exciting contrasts.
Visible metal and natural stone elements add distinctive accents and create an extravagant yet never overloaded overall look.
A project that demonstrates how design and nature can merge into a harmonious whole—aesthetically, emotionally, and functionally.
The minimalist lines and perfectly coordinated choice of materials enhance the effect of the unique panorama—the view of the Tyrolean mountains becomes an integral part of the spatial experience. The architecture opens up to the landscape, creating a living environment that combines tranquility, clarity, and exclusivity.
"The interplay of materials and the view of the Wilder Kaiser make every day special."
