A combination of architecture, interior design, and nature.
With a view of Lake Constance to the south and the mountains of Austria and Switzerland on the horizon, an extraordinary house was created that is all about privacy, tranquility, and security. The first step in this project was to find the right architect. After an intensive workshop with the clients, the international firm Oppenheim Architecture from Basel and Miami was finally selected as the architectural partner. Bernd Gruber's concept combines nature, architecture, and personal quality of life into an impressive whole.

The patio becomes a sensually staged place of arrival: the rustling of leaves, the scent of earth, the shadow play of the central tree—here, the journey into the house begins with all the senses. Even a first, cautious glance through the building toward the lake reveals that this architecture is designed for experience and emotion.
A house that offers retreat.
The holistic concept creates spaces that guarantee privacy and intimacy, while at the same time creating a feeling of generosity and spaciousness. Materials, colors, and light are precisely coordinated with the aim of creating a timeless, authentic home that will accompany its residents for decades to come.
"Our lifestyle has been perfectly translated here—spacious, creative, and with a keen sense of color accents and personality."
