Minimalism with soul—clean lines, warm materials, and a well-thought-out sequence of rooms that feels completely natural.
Timeless modernity across two levels.
Connected by an elegantly curved spiral staircase made of solid travertine, the two floors unfold as flowing, light-flooded living spaces.
Each area was designed by Bernd Gruber with the aim of harmoniously combining form, function, and atmosphere. The tranquil surroundings and the view over the city enhance the feeling of seclusion and urban luxury.
