The mission was clear: to create a home that is both a place to meet and a personal retreat—right in the heart of Kitzbühel. This modern townhouse combines a family atmosphere with exclusive design and a breathtaking location: below, a view of the old town; above, a view of the Hahnenkamm—a rare luxury between urban life and alpine expanses.

The four-story house offers well-thought-out room concepts for every living situation. Individual retreats, spacious guest rooms, an elevator, and wooden stairs ensure barrier-free comfort. Bernd Gruber opted for interior design with clean lines that subtly adapt to the natural environment and the needs of the residents.
