PROJECT

Subtle, inward luxury

This spacious property is situated in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps. With reference to the surrounding natural scenery, light, grey oak in a restrained basic shade was used throughout the rooms. The discreet design is broken through in unusual places: Lift and entrance door made of solid, old oak set impressive accents and thus advance to exclusive design elements.

Natural stone characterizes the entire object: Both the elaborate house facade and the fireplace in the open, light-flooded living room are made of this material.

"Despite the traditional structure, the elaborate interior design was kept very clear and reduced in accordance to the wishes of the family. Subtle, inwardly directed luxury, underlined again and again by textiles and modern art".
