Apartment Eisbach-Palais

PROJECT

Urban retreat in a unique location

For the design of this apartment, the immediate surroundings of the nearby English Garden and Eisbach are motivation and inspiration at the same time. A historic building that has been rethought inside and out. The design combines classic and modern in a harmonious way. Panel parquet and stucco embody tradition, while the individual furnishing with sophisticated designs represents the spirit of the times. This combination creates a unique and inspiring living atmosphere that captures the flair of the city of Munich.

The dining area is open and flowing and impresses with its communication with natural light.

The elegantly designed wooden floor matches the colour and creates a deliberate contrast in combination with light wall colours

STORY

Historic ambience with a modern interpretation

The apartment has been designed to meet the needs of the couple living in it and at the same time meet the high aesthetic standards. The open room design makes it possible to adapt the respective areas to the changing requirements. For example, partitions can be opened or closed to create privacy or expand the open-plan living area. A central element of the apartment is the open kitchen, which is accessible from all sides and is a multifunctional place to gather and enjoy.

In the kitchen, wood and stone and shades of blue and gray dominate. The cooking island and the attached shelf are clad in bronzed metal.
